We have successfully implemented content management system developed by us for many websites. It allows the individuals to publish and manage their web site pages on one central site. By using this online tool all the department authorized individuals can access their web page through authorized logins and they will not be limited to publish 1 or 2 pages but can publish as many as page they like. They don’t have to wait for anyone to make changes on site anytime they can make changes by themselves. Some of the features are Template driven document display, Templates are totally customizable, All content stored in a database (Access 97 or Microsoft SQL Server 7), Integrated keyword search, Add, Edit, & Delete Articles, Rich Text Article Editor, Article approval by editor, Article preview for proofing, User management, Authors & Editor permission levels, Image Management at page level, Image upload component support, Multi level security. Admin will have access to all the page with edit and publish access. Author will have access to add a new page and modify the existing pages but will not be able to publish it. Editors will have access to add new pages, modify the existing page and publish on the site.
